I've been spending time with a pair of local stonechats. Right now, with the gorse in bloom there have been so many photographic opportunities. The male normally perches on some dead gorse, but for a moment he relocated, allowing for this image.

A mountain hare I spent quality time with throughout spring 2022. I called her Bo. Here she is in mid-April, well into her transition from winter to summer pelage.
