Photographed at RSPB Loch Leven in January 2019.
This was one of the first photographs I took with the Tamron 150-600mm lens. It was a balmy evening, so I popped down to my local park and came across a few rabbits grazing. This one picked up the feather and looked straight at me - it's my favourite photograph of 2016!
I was delighted to find the snow buntings at the Cairngorm Mountain carpark in March after a day of heavy snow, and (amazingly) no wind!

Photographed at Neil McIntyre's stunning Caledonian Forest hide on the Rothiemurchas Estate, Scottish Highlands, March 2018
Red Squirrel, Eskrigg Nature Reserve
As soon as I spotted the toadstool I knew I wanted an image of the squirrel interacting with it. I had to wait a couple of hours but was eventually rewarded! August 2018
This makes me smile! The hare looks so full of the joys of life, although in reality it was just having a yawn!
